Coaching allows us to take a look at our brains and the thoughts that our brains are producing, and create lives that are intentional and driven by purpose and connection. As your coach, we will work together to examine the neuropathways of your brain, and your various thoughts and emotions and how we can begin to change them. My goal is to help you see your own strengths and fine tune them to help you be your best self.
Marriage Coaching
I have designed a program specifically for couples who have been together for years or who are just starting out. The program is designed to strengthen relationships and help you to love each other the way the other person desires to be loved. I have been in a terrible marriage and now I am in an amazing marriage and I believe I have the tools that can benefit and enhance any couple's relationship. I would love to be given the opportunity to help strengthen your marriage and as a result, your family.
Coaching and Medication Management
Sometimes combining medication with coaching can be a powerful tool on your mental health journey. For some people, medication can help them show up better in their own lives so that they are able to do the brain work that is required to get healthy.
